Quaint little town perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway!

More snow, more snow, more snow! Our last stop on the road trip, Hailey, Idaho. Our lodging was an adorable little home with a yard and plenty of space for me to run around and play. I love the snow so much I wanted to stay in the yard for hours. I learned the hard way that without booties, my paws couldn’t handle the cold temperatures for that long. The yard was awesome though, up against a massive amount of land and mountains in the backdrop.

After a week on the road and lots of exploring it was nice to have a home for us to relax and have family time. My pawrents decided to get some firewood and dig out the fire pit from under the snow. Dad built a fire, mom made dinner, and I chased the ball. Once dinner was done, we sat around the fire and watched the sun set behind the mountains. While we were enjoying the beauty around us, a local drove past on the road nearby. She quickly stopped, parked her car, then walked over to us. She turned out to be the nicest lady who just wanted to take a picture of us because everything about that night was picture perfect! We are so thankful for the family photo she captured.

Even though I didn’t get to explore the breweries, parks, or hikes, I loved this quaint little town. The story of the friendly local woman represents everything we thought about the town. If you are looking for a perfect getaway to relax in the mountains, this is the spot. Send me a message and I can send you the charming AirBnB we had. 10/10 Recommend!
