Family time in the desert. The South Mountain Park Preserve in all its beauty.
Family Time! Happy Thanksgiving to all of you. Hope you had a fun couple days hanging with your squad. My aunt, uncle and cousins live in Tempe, Arizona so after we picked dad up from the airport we hopped in the car and headed east for the holiday weekend. I hadn’t met my cousins Marvin and Nala yet and it was fun to get to know them. I brought them all bandanas from Little Shop Joy so we could be matching for our holiday pictures!
Arizona was awesome. It wasn’t too hot since it was November and there was so much open space. After we feasted on Thursday, we decided to check out South Mountain Park Preserve on Friday morning. This really cool park has lots of different trails and paths to explore. Just be careful not to get hit by a hooman on a bike, they like to gain some serious speed. Once you get to the top, be sure to look out and enjoy the view that goes on for miles. It was a quick trip, but I can’t wait to go back and explore more!
